1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UNFORCE ("the App", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UNFORCE Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

UNFORCE analyses filmed tennis, padel, pickleball, badminton, and table-tennis sessions and provides:

Core Features

• Video analysis of racket-sport sessions
• One finding and three clips that support it
• Shot detection, tracking, and footage-supported metrics
• Session history and trends that held across sessions
• Named reasons when a metric cannot be measured

Technology

• Computer vision and machine learning algorithms
• Cloud-based video processing
• Real-time and post-session analysis

Availability

• The Service is available on iOS and Android devices
• Internet connection required for video upload and analysis
• Some features may require a subscription

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account:

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 16 years old (18 in India), or older if your local law sets a higher age. This matches our Privacy Policy.
• One account per person is allowed

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to UNFORCE:

License Grant

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your videos for analysis
• Use footage to improve models only when you explicitly opt in for that session; you may revoke that consent
• Display your content back to you within the App

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal or harmful material
• Violates the privacy of others
• Contains malware or malicious code

Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your uploaded content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms
• We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use UNFORCE only for lawful purposes:

Permitted Uses

• Personal racket-sport review and coaching
• Tracking your own performance metrics
• Sharing your progress (with your consent)

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse-engineer the App or processing models
• Using automated systems to access the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Circumventing security measures or access restrictions

Consequences

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action where appropriate

6. Automated Analysis Disclaimer

Our automated analysis is provided for informational purposes:

Not Professional Coaching

• UNFORCE provides automated findings, not professional coaching
• Our analysis should supplement, not replace, qualified instruction
• Individual results may vary based on skill level and application

Accuracy Limitations

• Automated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Video quality affects analysis accuracy
• Complex movements may not be fully captured

Health & Safety

• Consult a physician before starting any exercise program
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from following suggestions
• Always warm up properly and use appropriate equipment

No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee specific performance improvements
• Results depend on individual effort and application
• Findings are suggestions, not guarantees

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us:

Our Property

• The UNFORCE name, logo, and branding
• App design, interface, and user experience
• AI algorithms and analysis technology
• Software code and documentation

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our technology
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

8. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription:

Pricing

• Web prices are shown in Stripe Checkout; iOS and Android prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play purchase sheet
• The currency, billing interval, taxes, and total shown by the applicable payment provider when you confirm the purchase are authoritative
• Prices are localized where the payment provider supports it. Whether tax is included or added depends on the provider, your location, and applicable law
• Prices may change. Your payment provider will give any notice or request any consent required before a changed renewal price applies

Billing

• Stripe processes web subscriptions, Apple processes iOS subscriptions, and Google Play processes Android subscriptions
• A paid subscription begins only after you explicitly confirm it with the applicable provider
• If the purchase screen describes the subscription as recurring, it renews at the displayed interval until you cancel it
• A failed renewal may result in restricted paid access after any provider grace period ends

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel a web subscription through the Stripe customer portal, an iOS subscription through Apple, or an Android subscription through Google Play
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current period unless the provider or applicable law requires otherwise
• For a web purchase, contact [email protected] to request a refund. Eligibility depends on the purchase circumstances and applicable law
• For an Apple-billed purchase, request any refund through Apple. For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play's refund flow or contact [email protected] if Google directs you to the developer. Eligibility and processing depend on the provider's rules, the purchase circumstances, and applicable law

Free Access

• Any advertised free sessions or free access require no payment method
• Free access does not automatically become a paid subscription or create a recurring charge
• You pay only after you deliberately choose a paid plan and confirm the provider's purchase screen

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNFORCE Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or share
• Any negligent or wrongful conduct

11. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably:

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules. Class action waivers apply where permitted.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UNFORCE regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours freely.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Updates

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
