Deploying UNFORCE in a coaching workflow

A step-by-step plan for consent, filming standards, owner-scoped upload, evidence review, annotation, sharing, and deletion.

Set the filming and consent standard

Choose a repeatable camera position, ensure the full playing area remains visible, document participant consent, and define the coaching purpose and retention period.

Use separate accounts and roles; do not share one personal credential across staff.

Run a representative session

Upload a short match, monitor each processing state, and confirm the report links tactical statements to exact rallies and frames. Review low-confidence and unavailable sections rather than hiding them.

Correct only through supported annotation and workflow transitions; never edit generated artifacts in place.

Build the debrief with the athlete

Select representative evidence and counterexamples, add tactical intent and physical context, and agree one or two priorities. Keep medical or injury advice outside the automated system.

Share the minimum report needed for the coaching purpose.

Re-measure and close

Film the next comparable session, inspect whether the chosen pattern changed, and document what did not remain comparable. Exercise export, access revocation, and deletion before onboarding a wider team.

The workflow succeeds when evidence supports a coaching conversation, not when a dashboard produces the most numbers.
